Everything has an Energetic beginning

Everything begins as energy. Whether material or immaterial, everything first emerges as energy before manifesting in physical form, such as a concrete idea, an object, an experience, etc.

This is supported by quantum physics, which is the study of what is subatomic, smaller than atoms, electrons, protons, and neutrons, and the interactions between them. It is also reflected in Einstein’s formula: E=mc², which expresses how energy (E) relates to mass (m) and the speed of light (c).

Unlike classical physics, which relies on predictable laws like gravity, quantum physics describes how particles behave in terms of probabilities. Before matter or the world as we perceive be real, we are pure energy and possibilities, or, in other words, opportunities. A simple rock and a diamond share the same energetic foundation as people, stars, and planets.

If we could observe a subatomic particle, we would see that it has very little matter; according to Joe Dispenza, only about 0.0001%. The rest is energy, meaning we are 99.9999% energy. Isn’t that amazing? We are far more energy than matter.

In simple terms: imagine a “dimension” where only these subatomic particles exist, moving chaotically and waiting to become “something.” In that dimension, these particles are pure energy. They can then become a car, a house, a rock, a plant, a new planet, or a person.

The laws governing these tiny particles show us that they behave randomly and unpredictably. This may seem complex, but I hope the message will be clear by the end of this text.

As mentioned, before something becomes “real” in our world, it existed in the energetic dimension, the world of possibilities. In that dimension, everything has infinite possibilities of being created or manifested in our reality. For example, before Henry Ford invented the car, that possibility already existed in the energetic world. Ford took that energy in the form of an idea or thought, transformed it into action, and materialized it into the first car.

What’s fascinating is that subatomic particles behave unpredictably until someone observes them. And here’s the crazy part: in classical physics, if we throw a ball upwards, we know it will fall and can calculate its trajectory. In quantum physics, a small particle is unpredictable until it is observed, and its behavior depends on who is observing it. This is known as the “Observer Effect.”

Now, let’s bring this into the everyday world and the message I hope you take away today. Consider two complementary points:

Point 1: Perspective. We can all have different perspectives on the same fact or circumstance. The phrase “there are no dramatic situations, only dramatic people” reflects that situations are neutral. For example, a temperature of 5°C can be perceived as “too cold” by one person or “pleasant” by another. How we interpret that reality influences our experience. If you see a situation as a problem, you will analyze and resolve it according to your perspective. This shows the power of the “Observer.”

Point 2: Manifestation. Henry Ford turned his thoughts into reality with the car. Therefore, it is crucial to understand that if thoughts can become concrete things, clarity in your thoughts is essential for manifesting your desires.

Consider that thoughts are energy and are the language of the brain, while emotions, which are also energy, are the language of the body.

When thoughts are aligned with feelings, that’s when we create, whether we want to or not. Therefore, it’s crucial to be mindful of the thoughts and emotions we align. This point is key, and I will emphasize it intentionally in future posts, and I will help you understand it better.

Here’s an example: If I want to write a book, I need to think – I can do it – and my emotions need to align, meaning feeling desire, motivation, hope, courage, etc. This aligns with “I can/do.”

If my thoughts say – I can – but my emotions are fear-based, I am not aligned, so the book is likely to remain unwritten or written timidly and fearfully, not achieving the desired result.

And if the thoughts say – I can’t – and my emotions are fear-based, they are aligned with “I can’t/don’t do” and the book will never be written.

As Deepak Chopra says in his book “The Quantum Body,” the quantum field is infinite and perfect, filled with all possibilities of creation. The challenge is how, from that perfection, we make our desires a reality.

Key 1: Align your positive thoughts with positive emotions to achieve what you want.
Key 2: Take the necessary actions that align with those thoughts and emotions.

In future posts, I will delve into these topics further, but remember that it’s vital that your mind and body are convinced of what you can create.

I look forward to seeing you! Hugs.
